Friday jumma prayer
Friday is the most significant day of the week. The Jumma Prayer lecture begins at 1:10 PM, followed by the Arabic Khutba at 1:35 PM, and the Salat at 1:45 PM. We offer ample on-site parking and have parking available in the surrounding neighborhood as well.
Family Night Program
Friday night, families gather around the center for lecture and fun night. Lecture starts after Maghrib followed by dinner and ends after Isha prayer.
Special event by visiting Sheikh
Special events are announced in advance. Visiting scholars discuss various aspects of Islam and life around us.
Eid celebration
The Islamic Center of Ventura County celebrates Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha based on the moon sighting. Announcements are made after carefully reviewing the sighting of the moon.
Community outreach program
The Islamic Center of Ventura County (ICOVC) actively participates in interfaith programs throughout the county. We also contribute to city programs that aim to provide shelter or food to those in need.
Youth activities
We are currently in the process of planning a youth program, and we will provide further announcements soon, Insha’Allah.
